Cancellation Policy

Dear Valued Customer

I appreciate that you choose me to take care of you.

Please read the new cancellation policy that begins as of Monday 9th May 2016.

I have been holding off on this for as long as possible, but the last minute cancellations and moved appointments are happening daily.

Sometimes I can fill the time slot but most times I can't at such late notice.

I'm very excited my business is growing rapidly and will be branching out into teaching and nutrition.

Please understand as owner/operator, mum and wife my goal is to give you the best service whilst being productive and efficient with my time.

For this reason I need to put this policy in place.

Cancellation Policy

As a client of Simone Rose Organic Face and Body, it is important to me that you get the premium time and date you request for your appointment.

If you need to postpone, cancel or downgrade your Simone Rose Organic Face and Body appointment for any reason, please give me 24 hours’ notice and 48 hours notice for evening and weekend appointments.

Occasionally advanced notice can’t be given and I totally understand that. I do however reserve the right to add $50 per hour booked, to your next invoice to cover loss of wages.

I will always do my best to avoid this where possible and I will not apply the $50+ if I can fill your spot with another client.
