Have you got the Guts to be Beautiful?

Hi Ladies

I have an important question for you.

Why do we eat?

We eat to fuel our bodies to live.

Just because you may choose healthy foods, does not guarantee that you are breaking them down and absorbing the much needed nutrients.

This is where the phrase, “You are what you ABSORB, not what you eat” comes from.

And everything stems from absorption- your energy, recovery, vitality, weight management, skin...everything!

If your food is absorbed then your body can rejuvenate. Without this happening it is impossible to be healthy.

As a beauty therapist it is my job to help you attain your full Aesthetic Beauty & Wellness potential.

Let’s start with skin, hair & nails. These are the absolute last place to receive nutrients from our food.

What does that tell you?

If you are not digesting and absorbing your food by billions of good bacteria in your gut, there will be a lack of nutrients supplied to your internal organs and blood and therefore a lack of nutrients for your skin, hair and nails.

What about ageing?

To produce collagen we need to have adequate amounts of Vit A, Vit C, Calcium, Magnesium, Iron, B Vitamins and Essential Fatty Acids. If even one of those is lacking we cannot produce collagen.

Your blood feeds your skin. If your blood is not receiving these nutrients from your gut there is no collagen production!

So it is true…Beauty Begins in Your Gut!

Sorry to all of you who are taking a probiotic capsule or devouring probiotic yoghurts…they just aren’t cutting it.

You need nearly 2kg’s of good bacteria in your gut in order to create an efficient internal eco system that will digest your food, feed your blood and therefore feed your hair, skin and nails.

Here's the good news:

I’m very excited to bring you "Probiotic Foods" a combination of 21 Fermented Certified Organic Foods.

I will always suggest a food source over a synthetic supplement as the body recognises it making it easy to absorb.

This is serious stuff- you MUST start with only 1/8 of a tsp to commence. And slowly over weeks increase it until your body has adjusted to receiving nutrition at this level.

Probiotic Foods Are:

  • Gluten Free

  • Dairy Free

  • Vegan

  • GMO Free

  • Artificial Colours or Flavours

  • Preservatives

  • Sweeteners

In the 3 weeks I have been taking them I have lost 2 cm’s in my waste due to improved thyroid function which I will talk about in my next post. I have zero bloating and gas and super flat tummy….for a mummy ;-)

Probiotic Foods Specially for Women

$75 150g [ 60+ serves ] Available in-salon and can be shipped nationwide too (courier charges may apply).

Beauty is a journey…my suggestion is to start here... in your gut.

This is the first of a series of gut health posts. If you have any questions or something specific you would like covered please comment below.

Thank you.
