Hi Ladies

 

I have an important question for you.

 

Why do we eat?

 

We eat to fuel our bodies to live.

 

Just because you may choose healthy foods, does not guarantee that you are breaking them down and absorbing the much needed nutrients.

 

This is where the phrase, “You are what you ABSORB, not what you eat” comes from.

 

And everything stems from absorption- your energy, recovery, vitality, weight management, skin...everything!

 

If your food is absorbed then your body can rejuvenate. Without this happening it is impossible to be healthy.

 

As a beauty therapist it is my job to help you attain your full Aesthetic Beauty & Wellness potential.

 

Let’s start with skin, hair & nails. These are the absolute last place to receive nutrients from our food.

 

What does that tell you?

 

If you are not digesting and absorbing your food by billions of good bacteria in your gut, there will be a lack of nutrients supplied to your internal organs and blood and therefore a lack of nutrients for your skin, hair and nails.

 

What about ageing?

 

To produce collagen we need to have adequate amounts of Vit A, Vit C, Calcium, Magnesium, Iron, B Vitamins and Essential Fatty Acids. If even one of those is lacking we cannot produce collagen.

 

Your blood feeds your skin. If your blood is not receiving these nutrients from your gut there is no collagen production!

 

So it is true…Beauty Begins in Your Gut!
